General conditions for enquiries, quotations, approvals, production and delivery.

Order-specific terms are confirmed in writing.

Prices, currency, quantity, specifications, payment stages, timelines and shipping terms are confirmed for each order.

Production begins only after the required approvals and agreed payment conditions are satisfied.

Buyers are responsible for supplying lawful artwork and accurate specifications. Approved samples, tolerances and written changes form part of the production reference.

Product specification

Define the exact terms & conditions style, intended use, silhouette, construction and performance requirements.

Materials & color

Review composition, weight, stretch, hand feel, color references and decoration compatibility before sampling.

Sizing & grading

Provide a size chart or approved reference. Measurement points, grading rules and tolerances should be confirmed before bulk cutting.

Artwork & decoration

Supply workable logo and graphic files with dimensions, placements, Pantone references and the preferred print or embroidery direction.

Labels & packaging

Plan neck labels, care labels, size identification, hang tags, folding, polybags and any retail presentation requirements.

Order & delivery

Confirm the quantity by size and color, delivery country, target date and any packing or courier instructions.
